Custom AOP Baseball Jersey – Adult & Kids/Youth Fit
Built like a real baseball jersey, printed like a high-end fashion drop. Edge-to-edge sublimation on lightweight 100% polyester. The print is the fabric – no peel, no fade, no compromise.
📸 Mockup shows one size – the same all-over design is sublimated on every variant: Adult S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL, 5XL and Kids/Youth 6M, 12M, 2T–4T, 6Y–10Y, Youth S–L.
Inside the Jersey
- 🎨 Saturation That Pops – Heat-press dye penetrates the polyester for deep, rich color. Brights stay bright, darks stay dark – wash after wash.
- 🧵 Athletic Drape – Polyester knit holds shape around shoulders and chest. Doesn’t cling, doesn’t bunch – just sits clean.
- 👕 Classic Button-Up Front – Real baseball jersey construction with a clean, sporty button-line. Wear open over a tee or buttoned for the full look.
- ⚾ Eco-Aware Production – Made-to-order means no bulk overproduction. We only print what’s ordered – less waste, fresher product.
Material & Construction
- Adult Cut: Premium 100% polyester sublimation jersey at ≈180g. Classic baseball button-up silhouette. Sizes S–5XL with size-graded length, bust, sleeves, and shoulder.
- Kids & Youth Fit: Lightweight 100% polyester (≈140g) sized 6M, 12M, 2T, 3T, 4T, 6Y, 8Y, 10Y, Youth S (12Y), Youth M (14Y), Youth L (16Y).
- Print care: machine wash cold to warm (max 45°C / 113°F), inside-out. No bleach, no direct iron contact with the design, no dry cleaning. Tumble low or hang dry.
